Welcome to Ettington Preschool!

The following pages of information and questions will help you and your child settle into our
preschool. There are no right or wrong answers they will simply help us to get a feel for your
child, what they can do and like doing so that we can meet their needs better.

Try to answer the questions as honestly as you can. If you don’t know the answers, don’t
worry.
